The life is full of restriction and limitation so called as a lot strings attached on us. Since you are child you are started to restrict to do that and do this. When you were schooling, you started restrict by the rules and regulations which so called as discipline. When you started to work, there are even more game rules for your job. And as you getting older, your son or daughther can even set rules for you to control your all action. You can not really act as what you desire to act.

However, absolute freedom doesn't bring all the advantages to you and to the world. Human always need the rules and acts to control their behavior. If once day, the absolute freedom is given to everyone, the world may just fall in one day. We wish to have freedom but before we get the freedom we need to learn how to appreciate the freedom. The people don't know how to appreciate thing, he or she is not deserved to get something that so precious. Just imagine that if there is not rules and polices one day, all the people may just get crazy and simply conduct crime everywhere. Even your are going to be threatened by all those crime. Rules and acts are used to protect the people life and their assets.

The actual freedom we can get is just freedom that not going to hurt other people such as freedom to talk but not insult people. Freedom to think, freedom to move and freedom to talk by own free will. We need to get the freedom. You deserved to have freedom and strings attached on you as you know how to appreciate it.

My Favourite Sport

Sport is kinda a strange word for me before I entered University. I start to play badminton in my first year in UCSI. I played because some of my friends are the badminton lover. Although they have taught me how to play but I still not really good in playing badminton. I just played it for fun and not really so frequently. In the 2nd and 3rd year of university life, I started to busy for my study, assignment, lab report and many many stuffs which was really decrease my time in playing badminton. Therefore, my badminton not only no improve but is getting worst. hahaha.... I may not have the talent in playing badminton.

Recently, I love to jog. This can said as my current favourite sport. I started to jog in this year because that time my friends all were joining the nuffnang tiger run. They use to practice jogging in Alam Damai and I also followed them. At first I really hate to jog because I not really exercise frequently. After I jogged, I feel my body like tear apart and of course few days pain after the jogging. However, I can feel the effect of jooging on body weight reduction. It really can reduce the body weight, make me healthier and fit. So I determined to go for jogging and keep it on at least twice per week. However, recently it will be harder for me to find the jogging companions as everyone is busy for their viva and final exam. Even I am busing for my study as well. It has decrease my available time to jog. But nevermind, I can get the chance to jog after the exam and I hope won't to get lazy when I got the chance to jog... :)

Firstly, i want to post the CNY day by day de. But, since it pass so long already.....i just sum up what i had did during CNY.

# CNY eve

As usual, we had lunch at my mother side. Then, started pack our stuff, prepared to back Melaka. We had steambot as our reunion dinner.

Very familiar with this T-shirt??? haha...it was complimentary from Tiger Run. I love this very much...

After dinner, i had meeting among the cousins to discuss the activities to do during this CNY. Prizing ceremony to be given to those who are 21 year old.

# CNY Day 1

Wake up early in the morning. The first thing to do was "Cham Cha" to my parent. After that, waiting all my uncle and aunty to come. As usual, all of the kids (inclde me la!!!) had to "Cham Cha" to all those elders. After that was photo section.

No Sweat

Have you all feel hot weather recently? The highest temperature can be ever reached to 40 degree celsius. The high heat radiation of the sun is the factor that causing me sweating a lot especially when I wear formal. As the pharmacy student, we have been requested to wear the formal all the time whenever attending the lecture or clerkship which mean most of the time we are wearing those thick formal shirt all the time under the hot sun. This definitely increases the intensity of my sweating. Even I sweat a lot, I still not really facing the heavy sweating as the other. Some may sweat like heavy rain. Tick...Tick...Tick~~~!!! The 'tick-tick' sound you can be heard when someone with heavy sweat problem walks into the class under the hot sun.

Since we can't resist wearing formal, so what we can do is try to find other methods to control our perspiration. There are various ways you can control your perspiration. If you are rich, you can get a driver to send you to school so you do not even need to spare a time under such killing people hot sun. If you are not affordable to hire a driver, you can also try the alternative which use umbrella to block the sunlight. The umbrella can block the sunlight but not really can block the heat radiation from the sun. That's why it is just an alternative way for the poor people like me. Sometime, the short distance of the path toward the school under the sun will be seem like a few hundred kilometers for me to walk. Even there are some people try to use the deodorant to control their sweating problem which has been found that cost-effective. It is another method to try to control the sweating.

Eventhough I do not like sweating when I wear formal but I do enjoy sweating when I am exercising. Why? This is due to the sweating is a body detoxification mechanism, it will help to eliminate the toxic remain in our body. The toxic will be excreted as urea form. The sweat content primarily of water and dissolved substances such as sodium chloride (which we know as salt), urea (excreted toxic from the body) and also the other chemical (such as odorant). For the people with the hypertension, excreted of the salt through sweating can help to improve antihypertensive condition.

Conclusion, I just hate to sweat when I wear formal. I know that there is impossible to totally no sweat but I really hope that I won't sweat when I am wearing formal.

I'm going to the Gatsby Deodorant

Actually, i didn't use this brand before. Once i heard this brand, i assume this product is for men!!! But, after visit their website, i realise that they also have product for women. My Favourite Surfing Spot

Normally, where will you surfing? home? work place? cyber cafe? school? or computer lab? More than 10 years ago, I still remember there was not really much choice for internet providers. The 2 dominant internet providers were TMnet and Jaring. Sound familiar? If really, then you must have try this 2 internet providers before. If not, just go to google and goggle it. At that time, the speed of internet connection just up to 56 kbs and with the old type dial up modem. Till now I still can remember the sound when the modem started to dial up. Due to old technology, the connection to the internet had just limited to the home, table and seat. You can't even move away from the dial up modem to connect to the internet. So, that time we really do not have much choices to choose our favourite surfing spot.

However, now is totally different. We have WIFI now which allow us to online in any places. Just with a WIFI modem or broadband like P1 w1max, we can just online in any place. You can choose the place and spot you like to online. You can just carry your laptop to anywhere to online. My favourite surfing spot is on my own bed. Why? I can surfing and lying on the bed comfortly. Where you can find the other place as so comfortable than your bed? The other adventage is I can even sleep on bed if I feel tired or sleepy. You can say I am lazy but I really love to online on my bed.

When I am not at home, I prefer to online in Big Apple. I can enjoy my favourite coffee and donut while surfing the facebook. Share my feeling and mood with everyone from the world. With the nice environment in Big Apple, I can really enjoy the joy of surfing the internet.

Hey, my friends....so sorry for the delay. I know you all waiting for such a long time for this post. Basically, this post was before the CNY. We had a great shopping before the CNY ( you all know de la...gals like to shopping, right? gals will buy whatever they love, right?? i am a gal, love shopping very much....everytime after shopping, SURE BANKURP!!! ). We went to Sunway Pyramid after our class. If not mistaken, all of us felt excited. We arrived there about 3 pm, then started our SHOPPING!!!!!!

There are variety of pasta to choose. But the taste of pasta is different with the western pasta. Some sort like.......hmmmm....i dunno how to describe. You may have a try there. But, i think you won't be regret. ~~The price a bit high la.~~ I am sure to go there again!!!!... Wink...

p/s: Sorry...i have forget the name of the foods and price already. It is on the range of RM 15 - RM 20. There also provide mini set ( 2 mini main courses). The mini set can be share by 2 person.

After the dinner, we continue our shopping untill 10pm. Walau....we really "geng" !!! I selute for myself......All of us back home happily. ( But i think they had "heart pain" for the next day; same to me ~~~~BANKURP!!!!! )

I Just Love Good Smelling People

Good smelling people mean a man who has a good smell??? who has a good odour??? When you walk around such as shopping, you smell someone beside you have bad smelling...what will you do??? close your nose with finger??? or just escape away??? or pretend didn't smell anything???

Hahahaha.....i try that bad experience before. One day, i went to condo to find my friends for assignment. All the lifs were under contruction, only one lif can be use~~~~what a BAD DAY~~~~I had no choice to wait the only lif to 21 floors. You can imagine that a small lif to accomodate around 15 people??? very very squeeze and pack!!!!!! WTF...the odour and smelling form the people inside.......................it make me feel vomit and queasy. I hold my breath ( almost suffocated ) until 21 floors.

All of them aren't a good choice to protect our right to smell a good odour from the people around us. So what can we do??? If you really love the good smelling people...at first you yourself must be a good smelling people. If not how can you encourage or advise the other to get off from those bad smelling???

So, what can we do to maintain or preserve our good smell???Of course taking bath frequently is a good ways to prevent the bad smell. However, when you are not at home or just right after exercise, what can you do to prevent the bad smelling "grow" from your body??? Perfume....yup...it definitely a way to keep your smelling good for long day. However, some people odour can interact with the perfume smell which may develop even worst smell. Not only that, some people can be allergy to the perfume smell and cause the allergic reaction. Therefore, currently there is some products in the market which can help you to get rid from those odour which is deodorant. The design of deodorant is quite stylish even me also can't recognise it as the deodorant as first I saw it. So, you won't feel embarrass when you bring deodorant along with you. It is convenient to carry it around and easy to use.

So just remember if you love good smelling people, at first you must a be a good smelling people.

Huh~~~ it been long time i didn't update my blog!!!! What i am busy for???i also dunno...hehehe..now, i gonna to introduce some foods. Try sizzling mee before?? try sizzling steamboat before?? i think most of u had try before. How about SIZZLING STONEGRILL??? try before?? you must grill your food (uncooked) onto a very very very hot stone prior to consumed. Interesting!! The cafe is located at Aoen Jusco Malacca Shopping (The jusco is claimed that the biggest jucso in Malaysia now).

There were a lot of people dining in, so we had to wait to be served. We waited almost 30minute. While waiting, my brothers and my cousins decided what to had for their dinner.

There are variety of foods.

While waiting for dinner, both of my little brother and cousin enjoy theis drinks. All of us were very very very hungry after a day of shopping.

All of the foods are uncooked. You need to grilled by yourself prior to consume.

This set is quite big for me. The scallop are very huge. My brother so enjoy for that.

My Dream in the Year of the Tiger

What will be your dream if you are given the chance to achieve it?

For me as the new blogger, I would like to have a new camera which is a DSLR camera. Either canon or nikon will do for me. From my view, a success blog must be have a lot of nice pictures which can attract more people to visit the blog. I am not complaining about my old camera which is just 5 megapixel, but seriously I think this is my turn to change the camera.

Which one I will choose? I am still working on it. If anyone got any comment or suggestion please do let me know. I really wish that will have the chance to have a new camera, so that I can polish up my photo taking skill.

Other than camera, I also dream that I can have trip with my family to Australia. Why I am choosing Australia? For further study? For the nice environment there? Not really, just because I never been there before and quite a number of my friends have been studied there. I really hope one day can travel to Australia and pay them a visit. Of couse, I still need the new camera to capture every precious moment when I spent with my family and friends. Sound great?

So, Mr. Tiger can you help me to achieve my dream?

I think Mr. Tiger is getting bored as many people keep asking him such question. So, let me stop here and go for running training. Hope there still got chance for me to achieve my dream.

Wii - Make you crazy!!!

Wii,what is that??? It is a video game system made by Nintendo. It has an unique interface that forces player to get involved in the game. YEAH!!! you can feel it and experience it. For me as a girl, Wii is a perfect video game system to do exercise. Unlike traditional video game systems that offer game play through a game pad or joystick with no physical interaction between the player.

So, why is it called "Wii" ??Think about that before??? hehe...

"Wii" is pronounced as "WE" which implies it's for everyone.

This game is suitable for everyone no matter how old are you. You can play with you lovely daddy, mommy, sibling and friends. It also a tool to increase the bonding between you and your familiy or friends. There are variety of games you can choose to play like tennis, boxing, football, car racing, and etc. You can play all the outdoor games just inside your house. You even can do yoga with Wii. Isn't it looks great???????

I love this song very much. Meaningful and touch after see the MV. Actually it is a sad song. Basically, this lyris is to described a girl is full of longing for love. She love him very much, and hope to dream in her own world although the circumstances are bad. The most regret for her was when the day she broke up with him, she could not stop her tear. If that moment happen again, she would not cry and will let him know she can be fine as well. Her heart is deeply hurt but never forgotten what he did.

Paranormal Activity

Yesterday, I went to watch << Paranormal Activity>> with my friends. The tickets were sponsored by Nuffnang. THANKS, nuffnang!!! Below is the trailer:

The story begin with a couple who live in a double-stody house in suburban San Diego, California. The girl named Katie ang her boyfriend named Micah.

Katie believe that a ghost has been followed her since her youth. Now, it has followed her to her new house. Dr. Fredrichs assesses that they are being plagued by a demon. It will be followed Katie no matter where she goes. He advice Katie to find Dr. Johann Avery to solve the problem. But. Micah refuse to do that and he want to do some expariment and hope to capture the paranormal activity on film.

Every night, Micah has propped up his video camera in their bedroom to record any unusual phenomena, so they will know what awful thing happened during the night, while they were sleeping. OMG!!! It was so scary....The bedroom door can move then move back itself. Every night, unusual phenomena had occured like objects moving on their own, lights and televisions switching on and off, gwowling sounds and loud footsteps. Sometimes, Katie awakening and can staring at Micah for several hours. Whenever they started to sleep, i close my eyes and ears. I were so scared and hold my friend beside me. i kept on said: OH NO!!!OH NO!!! Really scare. BUT , my friend ,WANNAH was so steady and open her eye and watch without fear. I "selut" her!!!

Here the climax, Micah bororw a Ouija board in an effort to talk to the ghost but this action deeply offends the ghost. That day, Katie was quarrel with Micah and both of them leave the house. Horrible things has happen. A wind blows through the living room and the Ouiji board's planchette can moves by itself. After awhile, a small fire burn on the board. Now, they believed something bad going to happen. They found footprints, charred photo and breakage of photo frame. They decided to invite Dr. Fredrichs to solve this. But, when he arrived, he has a sense of bad foreboding. He immediately refuse and leave the house although Katie and Micah beg for him. Both of them going to crazy soon especially Katie. She was so depresses and helpless.........

What will happen at the next??? The ghost will leave them???Both of them will die???

Trip to Cameron Highlands - Day 3

Wake up early in the morning. No morning call. No alarm. Can't sleep well throughout the night. I had strawberries and a cup of coffee as my breakfast. Perfect match??hahahaha...Look at the picture below, the strawberries look nice???look tasty??? The answer was: it looked beautiful, but they were sour!!! hmmm...HMmm....very very very sour....i had no choice...Force to settle them!!!

After breakfast, we packed our stuff then check-out. Then we went to the Day Market which near the hotel to buy some fresh vegetables, fruits and jagung. Guess what is the green colour fruits?? Like watermelon?? That is Cameron Apple.

Next, we went to Ee Fung Gu Apiary. There had a beautiful landscaped garden, indoor bee hive maze, souvenir shop, and cafe.

That was honey yogurt and honey milk shake. The taste was quite nice and i love the honey milk shake very much. After a short tea break, we went to Rose Valley. The enterance fee was RM5 per person. There were variety of flowers included roses, sunflowers, orchids, cactus and etc.

Look at that cactus...GUESS how old is it??? It is 41 year old!!!

We spent about one and the half hours at there due to the garden was quite big and had a lots of thing to look. On the way back to Melaka, we had our lunch at Tringkap. Finally, we reached home at night.

I bought myself some roses and a pot of cactus. The cactus look so cute and i named them KIKOies. Curious why i called them like this??? IT IS A SECRET......

I had a nice trip at Cameron Highlands. Hope to visit again. ~~~~MUAK!!!~~~~

Trip to Cameron Highlands - Day 2

The first destination, Green View Garden. Nothing much to see at there. Only vegetables farm, flowers and a small cafe. Hydroponic farming is a famous method that use to grow vegetables in Cameron Highlads. The plants were putted inside a growing plant solutions which enriched with nutrients and minerals.

Next, we went to Rose Centre. The entrance fee: RM 5 (aldult) , RM 3 (child). The enviroment there was very nice. There were lots of colourful stone sculptures which blended well with the landscaping. Besides, we enjoyed the splendour rose blooming of 100 over varieties in every imaginable colour. Wow, the roses were so so so beautiful......

Cactus Valley- There were variety of cactus and potted plants to see.

After that, we went to Big Red Straeberry Farm. This farm was very big with potted plants, gardening tools, pots, flower seeds, fertilizers, hydroponically farm, cafeteria, gift centre and game centre.

We had our lunch at there. I had fresh strawberry milkshake and waffles with ice-cream as my lunch. Anyone know what is butterhead?? Try it as juice before?? The famous juice at there was butterhead juice. i can saw that every family or couples went there sure will treat themselve by this juice... me also!!! Hmmm....the taste was awesome!!!! very juicy and "nice" to drink...maybe it was not my cup of juice; Anyway, my family enjoy that.

Cameron Valley Tea plantation- No trip is complete without a trip to tea plantation. The view overlooking the plantation is something you never see in elsewhere. The views was beautiful like the GIANT GREEN CARPET cover all over the mountain. Fantastic!!!! We were so tired at time and had a tea-break at there.

Another famous tea platation, Boh Tea Plantation. The road leading to the tea garden was narrow.

After this, we went back to Hotel for a rest. At night, we went to night market at Brinchang town. It was a major tourist attraction as there were lots of stalls that sold local goods such as vegetables, fruits, snacks, clothes, flowers and souveniours. We also had our dinner at there while enjoyed the local street snacks. Pearl jagung can also called as Cameron jagung. It was very famous. I love JAGUNG very much!!! If not mistaken, i ate jagung everyday. I bought it wherever it sold. Yamie...Yamie...

I bought myself some roses since it was so cheap....

Trip to Cameron Highlands - Day 1

CAMERON HIGHLANDs - A place that i want to go long time ago. Finally, i have the chance to go there after persuade my daddy. Daddy, i love you so much!!! After doing my reasearch for the trip, i decide to go there for three days two nights. Here, i would like to share our moments at there.

Cameron Highlands is the smallest district in the state of Pahang which is located in the north-western corner of the state. There are two ways going up to Cameron: one is from Tapah, and the other one is from Singpang Pulai. If you going up from Tapah, there is no petrol station until you reach Ringlet. So if you need to fill up, you'll have to head to Tapah town. The road from Tapah to Cameron Highlands is narrow and has a lot of sharp bends. If you have passengers who get motion sickness, its time to get those plastic bags out or take NOVOMIN. Besides, there will be lots of heavy vehicles going up and down this road, so be careful especially when you are overtaking. Most local heavy vehicles will give you the signal to overtake when its safe.

The road condition from Simpang Pulai is much more better than the Tapah route and it only takes about 45 minutes to get to Kampung Raja from Simpang Pulai. More people are using this route to get to the highlands, ME ASLO!!! We stared our journey early in the morning form Melaka. After that, we had our breakfast at Cheras. My brothers miss the " Pan Mee" very much.....We continued our journey after breakfast. It taked two and the half hours to reach Simpang Pulai Toll. Take Exit 137 (Simpang Pulai) and turn right at the traffic light right after the toll booth. Turn right again at the next traffic light about 200 metres away. After about 1 hour, we reached Kampung Raja junction and turn right from the new road into Kampung Raja town. I felt uncomfortable along the journey. Actually, i planed to take NOVOMIN. But, this drug will cause me sleep and i was the one who know the way to Cameron Highland. I had no choice, TAHAN along the journey...

I had booked Equotorial Cameron Highland as its located Brinchang. We reached there about 4pm. Upon check-in, the receptionist told me that she cannot found my reservation. OMG!!! I asked her to double check again.... Again, she told me she couldn't find the reservation and the reservation number got problem. She said, normally their hotel reservation number is started from 6XXXXXX. I was shocked at that time. I quickily asked my brother who booked the hotel. He showed the confirmation mail to the girl via iphone. After that, she called the manager, Raymond to entertain us. The manager was so friendly and pleasant and he allowed us to check-in first while he investigated what was happen. I was so happy to hear that. Because, i cannot tahan already...felt sick, nausea, headache and dizziness...The deluxe room located at 13th floor (the higest floor). Decent room with basic amenities as the ambient temperature was cool.

Night view of Equatorial Cameron Highlands

After a nap, we had our dinner at Brinchang town which is about 10 km form the hotel. The night was so cool. After discussion. we decided to had steamboat at O.K. Tuck. The price at there was quite reasonable, RM 15 per person. I like the spicy tomyam soup. It was delicious!!!Besides, the ingredients were fresh. I never ate such fresh vegetables before. When i enjoyed my fresh vegetables, i suddenly thinking one of my friends who anti-vege...hahahaha...he sure will cry for this dinner!!!! After dinner, we headed back to hotel for rest since it was rain.

Buffet Steamboat at YUEN 缘

Restaurant YUEN Buffet Steamboat!!!!

So as I promised before, here am I going to post up my buffet steamboat at YUEN. I have went to the YUEN right after our nice trip to Sunway Lagoon as I mentioned in my previous post. (A Wonderful Day in Sunway Lagoon) After we discussed where to take our dinner, we finally ended up in YUEN and unfortunately, wannah was not joining due she was going to have dinner with someone "important".

When we arrived the YUEN, there was full of people and we need to wait to get the seat. I just wonder how possible that a steamboat restaurant can attract some many people come to eat. It sure have special food or variety choice of food that attract people come from far far place. I think I am one of them. My coursemates alway want plan to come YUEN but I don't know why everytime it ended up with somewhere else. So this time I got the chance to taste and eat all I can at YUEN.

YUEN is famous for its chicken wing which is Kwong Fei favourite. I think he has eaten around 30 wings throughout the night. I think the chicken wings have been bbq with the honey which is quite sweet and good taste. But don't even try to learn Kwong Fei to eat so many chicken wings. He has undergoed special training. You have to take your own risk for learning Kwong Fei. So, the meatball we found was special which contains of fish roll inside it and I was not dare to try it. Once again, Kwong Fei tried it and he said the taste quite nice.

A Wonderful day in Sunway Lagoon

Before I start to write anything about the sunway trip, I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to Mr. Wong Kwong Fei who was the sponsor for the ticket ~ Sunway Lagoon All Park ticket. Congratulation to Mr. Wong win the adidas contest which gave us a chance to "visit" sunway lagoon. So KF has invited few people to enjoy his joy which include me, hooi hoon (ah mong), wannah, chiechek and my brother.

We planned to go to sunway for a fun in the early morning of 21/11. (Yah I know...It is pretty late for me to post it up...so sorry for the delay post...). Just back to what we did, we did plan it few days before the trip and decided to go early so can spent more time in the wonderland. However, we had delayed our trip till 11a.m. only start to travel to Sunway Lagoon. Ehem~~~!!! The reason we delayed the trip is due to chiechek who was busy to upload his video clip for the Mister Potato contest. So when we reach sunway it's almost 12 pm already. Then we just took a fast brunch (breakfast+lunch) before we entered the wonderland.

Since the ticket was all park ticket which normally cost RM72 for Malaysian, we decided to go some theme parks that we never went before such as scream park, wildlife park and extreme park. First destination=> scream park.

So we did make "fun" in the scream park and all the "ghost" seem like very like or I would say attracted to hooi hoon. This had cause she scream out loudly (SOL in case of LOL) hahaha. I think most of us have lost the sound right after the scream park. Basically the scream park is not bad, it has 4 different themes in combination. You all should be try if you never try to visit it before. Next destination => wildlife park

So right after the wildlife park, we went to extreme park ----> amusement park -----> water park. Unfortunately, we had to keep the camera and our stuff in the locker which cause me can not share the pictures with you all. But I think most of the people has went to this 3 parks before. It is nothing much changes as I went last time. However, as I went with different friends and people, the feeling will be different and I would say that this is a unique joy spare among us.

There is a potato chips on some where rocks...and Mr CC want to get the chips without consider his own safety...

OMG~~~!!! It is so far away from him and his hand was too short to reach the potato chips....so how???

He never think about his safety...what in his mind is to get the crunchy potato chips...So he decides to jump and jump from 1 rock to the other rock in order to nearer the potato chips...

He is step and step closer to the potato chips and will he able to save the quality of the potato chips and the fate of the potato chips from leaving on a random rock on the river???

Finally, he showed his smile and he able to not to compromise the quality of the potato chips...The destiny of the potato chips has been changed...and it's have been save by Mr. CC...

So what can I say about that??? My friend will able to risk his life in order to save the life and fate of the potato chips...The future of the potato chips have been changed and the great quality of potato chips have been preserved... The Mister Potato chips have been protected and remained as tasty, crunchy and nice as everyone...

Dear all readers,

I opened this blog on 31 March 2009. Due to the busy hectic schedule plus my little knowledge on computer skills, I did not update my blog till now. I will try to learn step by step and update this blog regularly. Therefore, I need the supports from you guys and also feedbacks to improve my blog.

Between, I had just finished my exam and curently enjoying my holiday with my friends. The though time had passed and now I shall concentrate on this blog and my sweet holiday.
